THE AI CREATIVE STRATEGIST BLUEPRINT: 8-WEEK PROGRAM
[ by Alex Cooper and Jimmy Slagle ] [ Adcrate and Human² ]
If you’re reading this, you’re likely somewhat interested in the crossover between AI and creative strategy.
And I am too. In fact, it’s what I spend all day, every day obsessing about.
Because the truth is, every organization needs to understand how to use AI effectively within their creative process.
Whether it’s conducting research in DeepResearch, building workflows in Gumloop or n8n or generating ads with ChatGPT image generation or Veo, knowing how to get the most out of these tools is quickly becoming one of the most sought after skills in the industry.
Jimmy and I have been in the trenches building AI systems for the last 12 months, working with everyone from scrappy startups to billion-dollar enterprises.
In fact, I’m writing this from the Virgin offices in Miami where we’ve just wrapped up a training for their team haha.
Point is, we have truly seen it all.
What we’ve discovered is that there’s a huge knowledge gap surrounding how to use AI to make top tier performance creative.
And the ability to do this is the difference between occasionally useful AI outputs and transformative business results.
Initially, we were just focused on training our internal team on how to become AI-first creatives.
But then we started getting questions.
“How are you doing this?” “What’s your secret?” “Can you train our team?”
So rather than continuing to charge thousands per hour for enterprise training, we’ve decided to open up our complete training system to a group of forward-thinking marketers and strategists who want to stay ahead of the curve.
This isn’t another static course or generic info product. This is a live, 8-week training experience starting June 19th.
If you’re reading this after June 19th, don’t worry. You can still join. We recorded each session so you can get caught up to speed.
Each Thursday at 12PM EST, Jimmy and I will personally guide you through our entire system, step-by-step.
You’ll be building real workflows, receiving guidance from us, and learning alongside a group of like-minded marketers.
To be completely transparent: whether or not you join us, we’ll still be running this training internally.
But we’ve seen firsthand how transformative these systems can be, and we believe more teams should have access to them.
If you want to shortcut months of painful trial and error and become an AI-first creative team driving real business results, I’d highly encourage you to join us.
The teams who master AI-powered creative strategy now will have an unfair advantage for years to come.
We’re building this future either way. The question is whether you want to build it with us.
THE BRUTAL REALITY OF AI IN MARKETING
Working with brands across every industry revealed four consistent problems:
1. Most teams lack proper AI training (just fumbling around with basic ChatGPT)
2. Marketing leaders remain unaware of specialized AI tools that already exist
3. Nobody knows how to connect these tools into powerful workflows
4. The few AI-savvy team members work in silos, creating fragmented systems
You could try hiring for this gap – some imaginary unicorn who understands both creative strategy AND AI systems engineering. Good luck with that search.
The real solution? Take existing creative talent and give them practical AI skills. Much easier than teaching engineers how to craft compelling marketing.
That’s exactly what this program delivers.
WORRIED YOU DON’T KNOW ENOUGH ABOUT AI?
We get it. AI feels overwhelming when you’re starting from scratch. That’s exactly why we dedicate an entire session to getting you up to speed, regardless of your starting point.
• Week 1 is your foundation — We bring everyone to the same level
• Dedicated Slack channel for questions throughout the program
• Live support during sessions to ensure nobody gets left behind
• Practical exercises that build confidence step by step
We promise: Even if you feel miles behind, this course will work for you. The only requirement? Willingness to learn.
Most of our most successful graduates started exactly where you are now.
WHY ALEX & JIMMY ARE THE RIGHT INSTRUCTORS
This isn’t theoretical knowledge from consultants who’ve never shipped real campaigns. We’re actively building and implementing these systems with top brands every day.
Alex Cooper – Creative Strategy Master
His agency AdCrate literally creates thousands of ads for top DTC brands. When it comes to creative strategy that converts, Alex has seen it all and knows what works at scale.
Jimmy – AI Systems Expert
Deep AI knowledge and practical implementation experience. I’ve built the systems that actually work in production environments.
Together, we work with brands like Liquid IV, Unilever, and Virgin Voyages to create custom AI workflows and train their teams. We have an extremely rare combination of cutting-edge AI knowledge + proven creative strategy expertise.
You’re learning from people who are building the future, not just talking about it.
WHAT YOU’LL MASTER IN 8 WEEKS
People overcomplicate AI. We’ve distilled it down to what actually drives results:
• 8 weeks of hands-on training (about 5 hours/week)
• No coding required (seriously, zero technical background needed)
• 21+ practical exercises (not theoretical BS—actual workflow implementation)
• Monthly tool updates (as the landscape evolves, so does your toolkit)
By the end, you’ll automate the tedious parts of creative work and focus on what humans do best—strategy and emotional connection.
THE CORE COMPETENCIES (SIMPLIFIED)
1. Prompt Engineering Mastery
Write prompts that get exactly what you need the first time, saving hours of back-and-forth
2. Essential Tool Proficiency
Get professional-level results from ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Studio, and image generation tools
3. Specialized Tool Knowledge
Discover and use the best-of-breed AI tools for specific creative tasks
4. Workflow Construction
